Dikshant Agri India Private Limited

Down here in Chennai, you’ll find us at 123 in T V K Nagar. We go by the name Dikshant Agri India Private Limited. It is quite a warm place to work, as you can imagine with the Chennai sun beating down most of the year. Our office is a straightforward setup with white walls that are starting to show a bit of wear and tear. We have a couple of ceiling fans that spin all day long to keep the air moving. The sound of the traffic from the main road is like background music for us now. We don't really do anything for show. There are no decorative plants or expensive paintings on the walls, just a calendar and some maps. We spend a lot of our time coordinating things and making sure the agri supplies are where they need to be. Most of the staff has been around for a while, so we know each other's habits, like who takes their tea with too much sugar. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of doing things, very grounded. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant; we just want to do our daily tasks and go home to our families. It’s a decent place to spend the day, working on something that actually matters to people.
