Devar Trade Company

Devar Trade Company is tucked away on Sorappan Mudali Street in Triplicane. Our building has two numbers, 48 and 65, which can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers who aren't from around here. It’s an old neighborhood with a lot of character and very narrow streets. Our office is a bit cramped because we have so much stock tucked into every corner. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all day. We’ve got old wooden desks and the floors are a bit uneven, but it’s been our home for a long time. We handle trading, which basically means we’re always looking at prices and talking to people. There’s no big fancy sign out front, just a small one so people know they’ve found the right door. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work gets finished. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the street noise, but we’re used to the sounds of Triplicane by now. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team doing what we know how to do. If a customer has a question, they usually just walk in and ask. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth seems to work okay for us. It’s just a regular, local business trying to do things right and stay busy throughout the year.
