Dekays Kitchen Private Limited is located in the Velachery area of Chennai. We operate out of a flat in Block-2, Flat-A on V.T. Road in Sarathy Nagar. It is a bit of a tight space for a business, but we make it work for what we need to do. We handle food preparation and all the related kitchen tasks here. Chennai is a big city and Velachery is always moving, so being in this spot keeps us very busy. We aren't a big restaurant with a dining hall or waiters. It is more of a focused kitchen setup for our specific needs. We spend a lot of time on our feet, getting things ready and organized. The heat in the kitchen can be a bit much during the summer months, but that is just part of the job we chose. We don't have a fancy website or any kind of PR team. It is just us doing the cooking and the cleaning every day. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit chaotic when there are many orders going out at once. Most of the people living around Sarathy Nagar know we are here. We just want to provide food that tastes like it was made at home. There are no complicated recipes or strange ingredients used here. Just straightforward cooking for people who need it. We’ve been at this for a while and we just keep trying.
