Deepam Hospital

You can find us at 327 Muthurangam Road in Tambaram. It’s a busy road, and there’s always something going on outside. The hospital has been a fixture here for quite some time. The building is sturdy, though you can tell it’s been through a few rainy seasons. Inside, the floors are usually being mopped by someone in a green uniform. It’s got that specific hospital smell—a mix of floor cleaner and medicine. We have a lot of different people coming through the doors every day. Some are just here for a quick test, others stay a bit longer. The reception desk is always a bit of a mess with files and phones ringing. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or art on the walls. It’s more about the medical stuff and making sure there are enough clean sheets. The doctors are usually in a hurry, moving from one room to another. It gets quite crowded in the afternoons when the out-patient clinic is in full swing. We don't use much big talk or corporate slogans. We’re just a hospital on a busy road in Tambaram. People come here because it’s convenient and they know what to expect. It’s honest work, and we just keep doing it day after day without much fuss.
