Crescent Marine Traders

Crescent Marine Traders is located at No. 200/221 on Linghi Chetty Street. This part of the city is quite old and full of history, but mostly it’s just full of other businesses and traders. We’ve been operating from this address for a while. The building has those high ceilings and thick walls that you find in this area. It gets quite busy outside with all the people coming and going. We handle marine trading, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. Our desks are usually piled high with folders and ledger books. We don't really go for a modern look. It’s more about having a place where we can get the work done. The street outside can be a bit of a maze, but once you find us, it’s pretty quiet inside. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out orders. It’s not very exciting work, but it’s what we know. We have a tea break every afternoon, and that’s usually when we catch up on what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just take care of the trades and make sure the details are right. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we are used to the rhythm of Linghi Chetty Street by now. There is always a lot to do before the day ends.
