You can find us right near Elliots Beach Road in Besant Nagar. Being at No-4 is actually pretty nice because the sea breeze helps when it's hot. We started Coldplay Foods And Beverages Llp because we liked the idea of working near the beach. It’s not a huge office or anything, just a functional space where we handle all our beverage stuff. Sometimes the crowds on the weekend make it hard to park, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in Chennai, just a reliable one for the people around here. We spend a lot of time testing different things in the back. It’s mostly just trial and error until we get it right. There’s usually a couple of us arguing over how things should taste or which supplier to use this week. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. We don’t have any fancy mission statements written on the walls. We just have a calendar and a lot of to-do lists. The building is simple, and we like it that way. Most of our day is spent talking to vendors or checking the inventory. It’s a lot of practical work that doesn’t always look exciting from the outside. But we enjoy being in Besant Nagar. It feels like home to us now, and we’re just happy to be keeping the business going every day.
