Psymed Hospital

We are located at 49/2 on Harrington Road. It’s a fairly quiet street, which is good for the kind of work we do here. The building isn't one of those massive glass hospitals you see in the city center. Instead, it’s a more traditional place that feels a bit more like a home than a clinic. Some trees out front provide shade for the small waiting area that stays pretty cool. Our staff has been here for a long time, so we all know each other well. We don't have a big marketing department or glossy brochures. We just focus on seeing the people who come through the door and trying to help them feel a bit better. The hallways are a little narrow and the furniture is simple but functional. Talking to patients and their families takes up most of our time. It’s not about quick appointments here; we take the time that’s needed. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s very still. Big files keep our records organized behind the front desk. It’s a steady environment where we try to keep things calm. We don’t use a lot of fancy medical jargon when we talk to people. Most things are explained just as they are. It’s a small, dedicated team working in an old part of town. Sometimes the gate squeaks when it's opened.
