Being at A5 in Pondy Bazaar means we are right in the middle of all the T Nagar shopping madness. If you have ever been to this part of Chennai, you know how crowded the sidewalks get with people looking for clothes and trinkets. Our place is a little bit of a reprieve from all that walking and haggling. It is usually pretty hot outside, so we do our best with the fans inside to keep the air moving. T Nagar has a specific kind of energy that never really lets up until very late. We spend most of our shifts just trying to keep up with the pace of the street. There are always deliveries coming in and out, and the noise from the street vendors is constant. It is a small space, so we have to be very organized with how we store things.
