CAPSTONE BUILDING SERVICES LLP

We are located right on Corp School Road, which is a busy little stretch of road in the NBM area. Capstone Building Services is basically just a group of us who handle all the technical and messy stuff that buildings need. Plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance—we pretty much see it all during the week. Our office is more of a staging ground for our various tools and all the supplies we keep in stock. There is almost always a ladder leaning against a wall somewhere or some plastic pipes sitting in the corner of the room. We definitely spend more time out at the actual sites than we do sitting behind our desks. When we are actually in the office, it is mostly to plan the next day’s route or to try and fix a piece of equipment that broke on a job. It is not a glamorous business by any means. You get your hands dirty every day and you spend a lot of time in small crawl spaces or standing on hot roofs. The traffic on School Road can be a real nightmare during the morning school drop-off, so we usually try to head out as early as we can. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they saw our trucks or a neighbor told them we could help. We just try to do the work properly and move on to the next one.
