Our place, Canadian Crystalline Water India Ltd, is at No.149, Poonamalle High Road in Kilpauk. If you know Chennai, you know that Poonamalle High Road is one of the main arteries of the city, so it is always loud with horns and buses. We are right in the thick of it. Our building is a practical space where we handle all our water business. It is not some high-tech glass tower; it is just a solid building where we have worked for a long time. The office inside is usually a bit cluttered with papers and samples because there is always something going on. We have a team that has been through many summers here, dealing with the heat and the humidity that Chennai is famous for. We don't have a lot of time for corporate talk or long-winded presentations. We just get on with the daily tasks of managing our orders and talking to people. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we are used to it by now. Kilpauk is a good area with a lot of history, and we feel like we are part of the landscape. We spend our days making sure things are running as they should. It is a lot of coordination and simple hard work. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; we are just a water company doing our job on a busy road.
