Our main spot is in Chennai, right in the heart of Tamil Nadu. We are part of the CADD Centre Training Service network, and our office is specifically in the 600015 pin code area. Chennai is a fast-paced city, and it feels like everyone is always in a hurry. We try to keep things a bit more grounded here at the training center. We spend our days showing people how to navigate different design programs. It’s a lot of talking and clicking through menus on the screen. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with enough power outlets for all the machines. We deal with the typical Chennai humidity and the noise from the streets outside. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just know our way around the software and we share that with whoever signs up. It’s a practical way to spend the day. People come from all over the city to learn, and we do our best to keep the lessons simple. The chairs could probably be more comfortable, but they do the job for a few hours. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen many people move on to better jobs after spending time here. It’s just how things go.
