Bismillah Cool Drinks

We are located at 37, Manali Salai, in the Kodungaiyur area. It is just a small place for cool drinks. People usually stop by when the weather gets really hot and they need something cold. We keep things pretty simple here. It gets very busy in the afternoons because the sun hits this side of the road directly. We have the usual stuff in the fridge like soda and water. Nothing fancy. My brother helps me out most days of the week. We have been in this spot for a while now. The neighborhood is okay, but it gets a bit dusty with all the traffic passing by on Manali Salai. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to worry about the bottles getting warm. We just try to keep everything as cold as possible for whoever walks in. It is not a big operation at all. Just a shop on the corner. People around here know us by the name on the board. We do not really do much else besides the drinks. Sometimes we sit outside on plastic stools when it is quiet. The street gets very loud with the buses. We just open up every morning and stay until it gets dark. It is a job. We like the regulars who come by to chat for a few minutes. If you are around this part of town, you have probably seen us. It is just a small spot to get a drink. It isn't much but it works for us.
