You can find us at Shop No 3, A Wing, in the Lambodar Avenue building. It’s located on Plot No 7 To 10 in T Nagar. This part of Chennai is always moving, and we’re right in the middle of it. Biosoul Foods & Beverages Private Limited is run by a small group of us who actually care about what we’re putting out. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to stay very organized to make everything fit. There’s a lot of shelf space and not much room for anything else. We don’t have a manager sitting in a separate office; we’re all right there on the floor. It gets pretty busy during the day with people coming in and out of the avenue. We try to keep things friendly and relaxed, even when the orders are piling up. We aren't big on corporate rules or wearing uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable for working in a kitchen environment. Most of our time is spent checking the quality of our supplies or talking to the delivery guys. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a long day. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and stay in T Nagar. It hasn’t always been easy to keep things going with the rent and the competition, but we’re still here. We just take pride in doing our work without any fuss.
