Beach Chennai Hospital

Our place is over in Washermanpet, specifically at No 4 Lig Colony on 3rd Cross Street. If you know the area, we are right near the Tamil Nadu Cinema Theatre. You can often hear the noise from the movies or the crowds when a big show is letting out. It’s a lively part of town to work in. The hospital isn't a skyscraper; it’s just a practical building in a busy neighborhood. We spend a lot of time dealing with the humidity and keeping the place cool for everyone. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we mostly know what needs to be done without talking too much about it. We see a lot of locals who walk over from the colony. It’s not the kind of place with a big marble lobby. It’s more about the metal chairs and the charts hanging on the doors. Sometimes the 3rd Cross Street gets blocked with bikes, so parking can be a bit of a headache for people. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the patients. We don’t have any polished speeches or big slogans. It’s just a hospital in Washermanpet where we work long shifts and try to keep the floors clean. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find their way to us easily enough.
