Bashas Fresh Meat On Wheels Llp

We are based in Royapettah at No. 13 Mir Bakshi Street. The wheels part of our name is because we do a lot of mobile meat delivery. Our home base is this small building on a busy street. Royapettah is always buzzing with people and bikes. The street is narrow, so parking our delivery vehicles can be a real headache. We spend our time prepping the meat and getting the routes ready for the day. It’s a very hands-on job. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where needed. Some days are just spent cleaning the equipment and making sure the fridge units are working right. The building itself is an old one, with those thick walls that keep it a bit cooler. We have a small desk for the bills, but most of the action happens in the back. We hear the temple bells and the traffic noise all day long. We’ve got a few regular customers who come by the street, but mostly we are out on the road. It’s a lot of driving through the city traffic. We just try to keep the meat fresh and get it delivered before the lunch rush. It's a simple, busy life on Mir Bakshi Street. The neighbors know us as the meat guys. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the trucks moving and the orders filled. It’s a long day, but we eventually get it all done.
