We are located in Sneha House on Road No 3 in Banjara Hills. It’s the fourth floor, so we have a bit of a view of the trees around here. Even though Banjara Hills is a fancy neighborhood, our work is still about stone. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. It’s different from being at a quarry. Here, we handle the business side of things. Architects and builders come by to look at samples. We have small pieces of stone all over the office. Sometimes it feels a bit crowded with all the samples and files. We aren't a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure orders are processed. Dealing with high-end clients means we have to be on top of our details. The elevator in Sneha House is busy during lunch hours. We usually just grab something quick and get back to work. It’s a lot of coordination between the sites and the suppliers. Sometimes the stone doesn't arrive on time and we have to explain that to the customers. That’s the hardest part of the job. But we’ve been at 8-2-120/86/5 for a good while now. We know the rhythm of the street. It’s just our daily life, trying to keep the stone business moving from an office in the city. We do our best to keep things running smoothly.
