Ayesh Hospital

You can find Ayesh Hospital at No-19 Millers Road in the Kilpauk area. It is an older part of the city, and our building has been here for a good number of years. Millers Road is a well-known spot, so people don’t usually have much trouble locating us. The hospital has several floors, and we spend a lot of our time going up and down the stairs because the lift can be a bit slow sometimes. We have a mix of regular patient rooms and a small area for more serious cases. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though things pick up in the mid-morning when most of the appointments are scheduled. Our nurses are usually busy at the stations with their charts and medicine trays. We don't have a big marketing department or any glossy brochures. Most of what we do is just day-to-day medical work. The windows in the back look out over some of the older trees in Kilpauk, which gives the place a bit of a calm feeling. We try to keep the waiting area as comfortable as we can with a few old magazines and some fans. It is a practical, working hospital where we focus on the patients rather than trying to look like a five-star hotel. Everyone on the staff lives nearby, so there is a real local feel to the place. We just show up, do our shifts, and try to help the neighborhood people who come in.
