We are tucked away in Velachery on the 3rd Main Road of Jaganathapuram. If you know the area, we are pretty close to the Palamudhir cholai, which is a big landmark for people around here. It’s a busy corner of the world, honestly. Every morning we open up the shutters and start the day. This is Auro Multi Speciality Pet Hospital, but to most of us, it’s just where we spend our whole day dealing with barking dogs and nervous cats. The street outside gets quite loud with all the bikes and cars zooming past toward the main Velachery hub. We have a small waiting area that fills up pretty fast, especially on the weekends when people are off work. It’s nothing fancy, just a place where pets come when they aren't feeling right. We deal with all sorts of things, from basic checkups to the bigger stuff that requires a lot of staying late. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we know the neighbors pretty well. Sometimes people just stop by to ask a quick question while they're out getting groceries. It’s a bit dusty because of the road work that always seems to be happening nearby, but we keep the inside as clean as possible for the animals. There’s always someone coming in or going out, and that’s just how the rhythm goes on Jaganathapuram road. It is just a regular pet hospital doing its thing.
