We’ve been here in Audco Nagar for a while now, right at 6&13 Drr Avenue. It’s a busy spot in Kattupakkam and we just focus on making our masalas and food items day in and day out. There isn't much fancy to say about how we started, it was just a choice to get into the food business because people always need good ingredients for their kitchen. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready and making sure the packets are filled right. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow part of the road but we manage. The staff here mostly lives nearby so we all know each other well. It’s loud when the grinders are going but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just Arusuvai Masala & Foods doing our work in this corner of the city. The office part is small and we mostly stay busy in the production area. It gets hot in the afternoons but we keep moving. You might see us unloading sacks of raw spices or checking the seals on the bags. It’s a lot of manual work and hands-on stuff. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just us working here in Kattupakkam and trying to get things done correctly so the shops get their orders on time. That’s pretty much our whole story. It’s just simple work.
