Arunnachala Impex is over on Lingi Chetty Street. Our address is a little confusing because of the numbers—it is Old No. 155 but New No. 139. We are up on the first floor. This part of the city is very traditional, and the street is usually packed with people, carts, and delivery vans moving goods back and forth. It is a very narrow road, so it always feels a bit tight when you are walking down it. Our office is a simple place where we manage the daily tasks of the impex business. There are plenty of ledgers and folders piled up on the desks because we still like to keep a lot of physical records. It is a small team here, and we have all been working together for quite a while. We don't spend much on fancy office upgrades; we’d rather just focus on making sure the shipments are moving correctly. The air in the office is a bit quieter than the noise from the street below, which is a relief. Most of our work involves a lot of back-and-forth with the ports and transportation companies. It is a steady job that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't really do much in terms of promotion; we just rely on the long-term relationships we have built over the years in this neighborhood.
