Archam Granites

Archam Granites is located right across from the Bank of California on 3rd Main Road in Natesan Nagar. Being in Virugambakkam means we are in the middle of a lot of residential activity, so there is always someone looking for a new countertop or flooring for their home. The shop at No 171 is usually filled with various slabs of granite leaning against the walls. It is a lot of heavy lifting and we have to be extremely careful not to chip the edges when we move things around. The traffic on 3rd Main Road can be a bit much during rush hour, but it helps people find us easily enough. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the place look like a showroom. It is more of a workspace where we cut stone and show people the different patterns we have in the yard. The dust is a constant battle, but that is the reality of working with granite all day long. We have got a routine down now after being here for so long. Neighbors from around Virugambakkam stop in frequently to ask about prices or just to see what new stock arrived on the truck this morning. It is just a regular local business trying to get the work done and stay on top of the orders that come in. Nothing fancy here, just hard work and heavy stone slabs and a lot of cleaning up after the day is done.
