You can find us at 320 Mount Road. It is a big building that stands right in the middle of one of the busiest streets in the city. Working here means you get used to the sound of horns and engines pretty quickly. Inside, the atmosphere is different. We have several floors dedicated to different needs. It is not a new building, but it is sturdy and well-kept. We don't go in for all those fancy slogans or mission statements you see in brochures. We just focus on the patients who walk through the doors at 320 Mount Road. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for twenty years and some new faces too. We spend a lot of our time in the hallways, moving from one room to another. The elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so many of us just take the stairs. It is a very practical place. We keep the lobby clean and the check-in desk manned at all hours. There is always a pot of coffee in the back room and a lot of paperwork to get through. We just try to keep things moving so people can get their treatment and go back to their lives. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s what we do here in this part of town. Our office isn't about being flashy; it's about being here when someone needs us.
