We are based out of the Padma Complex, which is a well-known building at No 320 on Anna Salai. This area covers Teynampet and Nandanam, so it’s right in the middle of a lot of traffic and city life. Being a multi-speciality hospital means we don't just do one thing. We have different sections for different health problems, all under this one roof. The complex is older, and you can tell by the architecture and the way the stairs are worn down. It’s a busy part of the city, so getting here can take some time if you’re driving. We see people from all walks of life. Some are just stopping by for a quick test, others are here for much longer stays. The staff tries to keep things straightforward. We don’t really go in for fancy talk or corporate slogans. We just work. The hallways can get crowded, especially in the afternoons when the clinics are full. You’ll hear a lot of different languages being spoken in the waiting rooms. It’s a practical place, built to handle a high volume of people. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time, watching the shops around us change while we stay focused on the patients. It's a tough job sometimes, but we just keep at it. No two days are ever really the same around here, and we just try to manage the chaos as it comes to our door every morning.
