We have been here on Greams Road for a long time now. Most people around here know where the building is because it's hard to miss once you get onto this part of the street. It’s busy everyday. There are people coming in and out at all hours, and we try to keep things moving as well as we can. The lobby is usually crowded with families waiting or talking. It can get a bit loud sometimes, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their appointments sorted. We have different floors for different things, and the elevators are always running. Some days are more hectic than others. The staff tries to stay on top of the paperwork, but there is always a lot of it. We see a lot of faces from the neighborhood and even people who travel from further away just to get here. Parking can be a bit of a headache around Greams Road, so many people just take an auto or get dropped off right at the front. It is a big place, and sometimes it feels like a maze if you aren't used to it. We keep the lights on and the doors open. It’s just how it is here. Most of us have worked here for years and we know the shortcuts through the hallways. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done and we keep at it day after day.
