Apollo Hospitals

This location at No. 21 Greams Lane serves as our office, situated just off the very busy Greams Road. We are the ones who handle the administrative side of things for the hospital. While the doctors are seeing patients in the other buildings, we are here dealing with the endless stream of paperwork, phone calls, and schedules. The office isn’t anything fancy. It’s got rows of desks, filing cabinets that are usually a bit too full, and a lot of computers that have seen better days. We work in the shadow of Greams Road, so we are always aware of the bustle outside. It’s a tight-knit group of us working here. We know who takes their tea with extra sugar and who is likely to be late on a rainy day. We don’t have a big corporate manual that we follow; we just use our common sense and try to keep everything organized. Sometimes the systems go down or the printer jams, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s a very real, human environment. We don’t use any promotional talk because we don’t need to. We are just the support staff that keeps the gears turning. Being at No. 21 Greams Lane means we are right in the heart of the action, with Greams Road right there, even if our work is mostly behind a desk. We take pride in just getting the job done without any fuss or extra polish.
