Apollo Hospitals Enter Prises Limited is where we handle the operational side of things. Our setup is focused on the work of the Manager of Operations, so there’s a lot of coordinating and planning going on here. It’s not a place where you’ll find a lot of bells and whistles. The office is pretty basic, with desks, phones, and a lot of files. We spend our time making sure the day-to-day stuff doesn't fall through the cracks. It can be a bit stressful when things get busy, but that’s just how it is in operations. We don’t have a fancy street address listed in the usual way here, as we are mainly focused on the management and internal side of the hospital’s work. The staff is small but we’ve been working together for a long time, so we know how each other thinks. We don’t use any of that corporate jargon you hear in big city offices. We just talk plain and try to solve problems as they come up. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, and we just deal with it. It’s a very hands-on environment where everyone mucks in to get the work finished. We aren't trying to win any awards for how our office looks; we just want things to run smoothly for everyone else involved. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be doing it.
