Anjani Food Products

We are over at 159/79, West Bajani Madai Street in Anna Nagar. Anjani Food Products is a small operation, really. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you might be checking a delivery and the next you're sweeping the floor or answering the phone. The building is an older one on West Bajani Madai Street, and it has that specific smell of a place where food is handled every day. It’s not a shiny factory. It’s more of a workshop where we do things by hand most of the time. Anna Nagar is a busy area, but our little corner stays relatively focused. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in because if the ingredients aren't right, nothing else works. We don't have a website with a lot of fancy pictures or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just tell people our address and what we do. The work is repetitive, but there’s a kind of peace in it. We know the delivery drivers and we know which times of day the street gets too packed to move. It’s just our daily life. We show up, we do the work at 159/79, and we go home. It’s a simple way to make a living. It keeps the lights on for us.
