Amman Soda Factory

We are located at 40B on Chitty Street. It’s a narrow little street, so it can be a bit of a squeeze when the delivery truck comes in to unload the crates. We have been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it serves us well enough. The main room is where all the soda gets bottled. We spend most of the morning cleaning the glass bottles because they come back from the shops pretty dirty. It’s a noisy process with the glass clinking together constantly. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; people just know us because we’ve been on Chitty Street forever. Most of our customers are the small tea stalls and shops in the surrounding blocks. We work hard to keep up with the demand, especially when the weather gets really humid. It’s just me and a few workers who handle the filling and the capping. The machine we use is old, but it gets the job done most of the time. Sometimes we stand out on the street for a minute just to catch a breeze and watch the people go by. We aren't looking to become some huge company. We just like making our soda and seeing it go out to the local neighborhood. It’s a simple life and we are very used to the routine of it by now.
