Ambujam International

We are set up at No: 14 on Letangs Road in Vepery. It’s an old part of the city, and our building has that lived-in feel to it. Ambujam International might sound like a big name, but we are really just a small team handling trade and logistics from this corner of Chennai. The office is usually a bit messy with paperwork, shipping documents, and half-empty tea glasses. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people in different time zones, which can get a bit tiring. Outside, the street is always full of motorcycles and people heading toward the shops. The air is humid, and we usually have the fan going full speed just to keep things comfortable. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a lobby with marble floors. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks, probably surrounded by boxes of samples. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, or we use that time to organize the filing cabinets. It’s a practical way to work. We deal with the daily ups and downs of international shipping without a lot of drama. People know where to find us on Letangs Road if they need to discuss a shipment or check on an order. It’s just our daily routine and we are used to the pace here.
