Being based out here in the southern part of the country, specifically in Tamil Nadu, means dealing with the heat almost every single day. At Agr, we don't really have a big corporate story to tell anyone who asks. It’s just a small group of us working out of our space and trying to keep things moving forward without too much fuss. The roads around here can get pretty narrow and the local tea shop is where most of our morning meetings actually happen. We don't really use big words or have meetings that last for hours because there is usually too much work to do. Most of the people who come by are locals from the nearby towns and they just want to get their business handled quickly and efficiently. We have a few desks and some equipment that’s seen better days but it still works just fine for us. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon so we just take a break and wait it out under the trees nearby. It’s a slow pace of life in some ways but we are always busy with something or the other. We don't really bother with social media or fancy websites because our name gets around by word of mouth mostly. It's just a regular place where regular people come to work every morning and go home to their families when the sun goes down in Nadu India.
