Creative Agri Solutions is over in Neelu Puram. It’s a simple spot, really. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, just a small one so people don’t miss the turn. The building is basic, mostly just storage and a small area where we sit and talk to folks. We spend a lot of time thinking about crops and what the soil needs. It isn’t a high-tech office with glass walls or anything. We have a few old chairs and a table that has seen a lot of use. People from around Neelu Puram stop in when they are passing by. Sometimes we are out in the back and they have to holler for us to come out. It’s not a formal place. We wear work clothes and don’t worry too much about the mud on our boots. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve learned what works through trial and error. There aren't any big corporate meetings here. We just decide what needs doing and we do it. It’s a small team, just a few of us who know the business well. We like the quiet pace of the area. If you’re looking for a polished corporate office, this isn’t it. But if you want to talk about farming and get some help with your plants, we are usually here working. It’s just how we operate at Creative Agri Solutions.
