You can find us at Shop No. 37 inside the Dhanlaxmi Complex on N.S.C. Bose Road. It’s a busy building with a lot of different shops, so there’s always people walking past the windows. Acpl Jewels Pvt. Ltd. is a small space, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. The lighting is bright because we need to see what we’re doing, and there’s usually a bit of a hum from the air conditioner trying to keep up with the heat. We spend a lot of time sitting at the counters, going over small items and talking to people who drop by. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we like to take our time with things. The complex itself can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we’ve been here long enough that we know every corner. We keep the glass clean and the displays organized, but behind the scenes, it’s a bit more cluttered with tools and boxes. It’s a practical workspace for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the shop runs okay and the accounts are right at the end of the day. It’s a decent way to earn a living, being surrounded by nice things and familiar faces in the complex.
