Verma Shivani Architect

I am Verma Shivani Architect and my office is located at H.No.1611, which is quite close to the Old Fort in Manimajra. It is an interesting area to work in because of the history nearby. The house is where I do all my architectural work. It is a simple place, nothing like those modern offices you see in the city center. I have a big table where I spread out my drawings and a computer that is starting to get a bit slow. Manimajra can get quite crowded, especially near the fort area, but my street is relatively okay. I spend a lot of my time just sitting and thinking about how to solve design problems. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, which can slow things down, but it is part of being in a local neighborhood. I don't have a receptionist or a team of assistants. If you come by, you’ll just see me surrounded by papers and rulers. I like the independence of working from my own place. It is a quiet life for the most part. I have been here for a while and I don’t see myself moving anytime soon. The light that comes through the window in the morning is great for drawing. It is just a normal, everyday work life in a normal part of town. I usually finish up when the sun goes down and then I'm already home.
