Avneet Gujral Architect

You can find me, Avneet Gujral Architect, over at 68, Sector-27/A. It’s a quiet residential street, and the office is basically a converted part of the property. It makes for a very relaxed atmosphere, though the neighbor’s dog barks quite a bit whenever the mail arrives in the morning. The workspace is simple with a couple of large drafting tables and a computer that’s seen better days but still works fine for what I need. I spend most of my time here sketching out ideas or talking to clients on the phone about their home renovations. There isn't a team of twenty people here; it’s just a small, personal operation. Usually, the desk is covered in half-empty tea cups and yellow legal pads with scribbled notes. I like the quiet of this sector because it allows for actual thinking time without the city noise. Sometimes I’m out at construction sites checking on how the foundation is being poured, so the office might be locked up for a few hours in the middle of the day. People usually just call ahead to make sure I’m in. It’s not a fancy studio with glass walls; it’s just a practical room where the real work of planning houses happens. The bookshelves are overflowing with old building codes and catalogs for light fixtures. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office, which is exactly how I like to work.
