Creative Architects

Creative Architects is tucked away in Sector 40, right on 8th Main. If you know Phase III, you know it can get a little crowded, especially near 110. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s where we do all our thinking and drawing. We have these old wooden desks that have seen better days, and there’s always a faint smell of coffee and eraser dust in the air. People come and go throughout the day, mostly just local folks or contractors checking in on things. It’s a pretty laid-back atmosphere here most of the time. We don't really do the whole corporate suit and tie thing. Most days, you’ll find us in jeans, just trying to get the lines straight on a new set of plans. The 8th Main area has a lot of character, which we like. It feels like a real neighborhood, not some sterile office park. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, but we just use that time to catch up on paperwork or tidy up the stacks of blueprints that seem to grow on every flat surface. We’ve been at this for a while now, and being here in Sector 40 feels right. It’s central enough that we can get to our projects easily, but quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think when the traffic dies down in the evening. Just a small office doing what we do. We often share a few laughs over lunch in the back room.
