Anuj Bala Architect

I operate Anuj Bala Architect out of H.No.3255 in Sector-35-D. It’s a quiet enough area which is good for focusing on drawings. I’ve been doing this for a while now, and the office is pretty much just a room full of books, plans, and my computer. I don’t go for the high-end corporate look. It’s a local business, and I like keeping it that way. Most of my work comes from people nearby who need a renovation or are starting a new project from scratch. I spend a lot of my time looking at floor plans and trying to make things fit just right. It’s not always easy, but it’s what I do. I don’t have a big staff, so when you call, you usually just talk to me. I try to be honest about what can be done and what can’t. Sector-35-D is a nice place to be based. I’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the local building styles. I don't use any flashy brochures or marketing slogans. I just show people my previous work and we go from there. Some days are spent mostly on the phone with contractors, and others I'm just sketching. It’s a simple process. I take pride in making sure the technical details are correct so the construction goes smoothly. It’s just me doing my job and trying to help people build things that last for a long time.
