T Farchitects Pvt Ltd

We’ve been running T Farchitects Pvt Ltd out of Sector 34 for a while now. Our office is right there in Vaishnav Devi Society, number 1583. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Most days you’ll find us hunched over desks looking at blueprints or arguing about where a wall should go. It isn't a fancy setup, just a workspace where we get things done. People from the society drop by sometimes just to say hello. We handle the usual stuff—drawings, planning, and making sure buildings don't fall down. Sector 34 feels like home to us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. There’s always someone making tea in the back and the sound of printers going. It gets a bit messy with all the paper everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We don’t really do the whole big corporate thing. It’s just us, a few computers, and a lot of pens. If you are walking around Vaishnav Devi Society, you probably passed our door. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or checking on site details. It’s honest work and we try to keep things straightforward for everyone who comes in. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but once you’re inside the office, it’s all about the projects. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure every drawing is right before it goes out the door.
