Anuj Sood Architect

Anuj Sood Architect is based right here at Hig (L) 2614/2 in Sector-47-C. It is more of a practical workspace than anything else. I spend a lot of time here looking at different site layouts and trying to make sense of how to fit everything a person wants into the space they actually have. Sector-47-C is a decent place to be, and being in one of these HIG flats means I’m right in the middle of things. Most people who come by are just looking for someone to help them figure out their home plans or how to get a renovation started without too many problems. It’s a lot of sitting at the computer and then heading out to look at dusty construction sites. I don't have a team of receptionists or a big polished boardroom. It is usually just me surrounded by folders and scale models that take up way too much room on the table. Sometimes the work is slow and tedious, especially when dealing with the paperwork side of things, but then you get to see a wall actually go up and it feels like progress. I try to keep the communication straightforward with everyone. If something won't work, I’ll just say so. It’s better to be realistic from the start than to run into a mess later on down the line. It's just a one-person operation mostly, so things move at a steady but human pace.
