Singh Rohini Architect

I'm Singh Rohini and I handle architectural projects from my place here at House Number 6324-A in Rajeev Vihar Manimajra. It’s a quiet spot, and I’ve been doing this for a while now. Most days I’m just at my desk sketching things out or looking over blueprints. People usually drop by when they have a project in mind, and we just sit and talk through what’s possible. It isn't a big office with a lot of fancy furniture or anything. Just the basics to get the work done. Manimajra is a busy area but this corner of Rajeev Vihar is alright for focusing. I deal with all the local stuff, planning out spaces and making sure the drawings make sense for the builders. Sometimes things get a bit hectic with deadlines, but that’s just how it goes. I try to keep it simple. If someone needs a plan for a house or wants to change a room around, they find me here. I don't spend much time on the computer doing fancy presentations unless it's really needed for the permits. It's mostly just honest work, pencil on paper sometimes, and talking to clients about what they actually need for their daily lives. Living and working in the same area means I know the neighborhood pretty well, which helps when dealing with the local codes and how things usually get built around here.
