Singh Ravinder Architect

I’m Ravinder Singh, and I’ve been working as an architect from my home at House No.803 on the Punjab Engineering College Campus in Sector-12. Being right here on the campus is convenient, and it’s a familiar environment for me. My office isn't some high-rise suite; it’s just a dedicated room in my house where I keep my drafting table and all my project files. I’ve been doing this for a good while, mostly helping people with their homes and small local buildings. I handle everything myself, from the initial sketches to the final plans that need approval. It’s a lot of quiet work, looking at dimensions and making sure everything fits the way it should. Sector-12 is a good place to be based, especially with the engineering community right here. I don't really do any big advertising. Usually, someone’s cousin or a friend mentions my name, and they end up at my door at 803. We sit down, have some tea, and look at what they want to build. I try to be very practical about it. There’s no point in drawing something that can’t actually be built or that costs way too much. I just provide the plans and help guide the process as best as I can. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s served me well over the years. You can usually find me here during the week. I like the independence of it.
