Shivalik Public School

Over in Sector 41B, you will find Shivalik Public School. Chandigarh is full of schools, but we have our own little corner here in 160036. The school has been a part of this community for a long time. It’s a large building, and you can’t really miss it if you’re in the sector. We have a lot of students, so the mornings are always a bit chaotic with buses and parents dropping kids off. It’s just part of the daily life at Shivalik Public School. We don’t really go in for much talk. We just focus on the classes and making sure the building is kept up. There is always a fence to paint or a room that needs a new lightbulb. It’s a practical place. The staff here are just regular people from around the area. We have our routines and we stick to them. It’s not about being the most famous; it’s just about being there for the families in Sector 41B. The playground sees a lot of use, and the grass isn't always perfect, but that’s because kids are actually playing on it. We think that’s how it should be. It’s a busy, loud, and real environment. We have our good days and our busy ones, just like any other place. It’s just us doing what we do every single year in Chandigarh. We see the seasons change through the windows of the classrooms. Sector 41B is a nice part of Chandigarh to be in. It’s mostly residential, so we feel very connected to the people living around us. Shivalik Public School isn't just a name on a building; it’s where we all gather every morning. We have some old desks and some newer ones. It’s a mix of everything, really. We don’t put on airs. If you come by, you’ll just see us doing our work. The school year has its own flow, from the quiet summer breaks to the busy exam seasons. We just take it as it comes. It’s a good, solid place for everyone involved.
