Paragon Convent School

We've been set up in Sector 24B of Chandigarh for a long time. Paragon Convent School is just a part of the neighborhood here. Most of the people living around 160036 know where we are. It’s a decent-sized building with a lot of windows. In the mornings, you can hear the kids singing or reciting things from the street. Chandigarh is planned so well, but our school still feels like a cozy corner. We have a small staff room where we drink tea and talk about the day’s plans. It’s not a high-tech facility with screens everywhere. We still use a lot of chalk and blackboards. There's something about the sound of chalk that feels right. The corridors are narrow, and we have to tell the kids not to run all the time, though they rarely listen. We have some plants near the entrance that we try to keep alive, even in the summer heat. We don't do much marketing or put up big posters. Most of our students come from the families living in the nearby blocks. It’s a steady place. We show up, we teach, and we go home. We’ve seen many batches of students grow up and leave. It makes us feel a bit old, but it’s good to see. We just keep things running as best as we can. It's just a school, doing school things for the local families.
