Saint Soldier International School

Saint Soldier International School is located in Sector 28B of Chandigarh. If you know the city, you know that the sectors are all laid out in grids, and 28B has its own quiet corners. Our school is one of those spots. It’s a decent-sized place with a brick exterior that has aged a bit over the years. Inside, it’s a typical school setup. You’ve got the long corridors, the heavy wooden doors, and the sound of chalk on boards. Chandigarh is a bit more orderly than other cities, but inside the school gates, things are still as lively and messy as any other place with a few hundred kids. We have a playground that gets quite a workout every afternoon. The staff room is usually a mess of textbooks and half-empty coffee cups. We don't go in for all those shiny marketing words. We’re just here to do a job. The administration tries to keep things running smooth, though there’s always a parent complaining about the bus route or a kid who lost their glasses. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment. People in Sector 28 know us well enough by now. We’ve seen a lot of classes come and go through these halls. It’s not a fancy institution with a lot of pretension. It’s just a school in Chandigarh where we try to keep the lights on and the kids focused on their books until the final bell rings for the day.
