Sarab Architects And Interior Designers is located in the Housing Board Society in Chandigarh. Specifically, we are in the White Flats of Sector 49D. Our place is quite close to the BSNL office, which most people use as a reference point to find us. Since we are in a residential society, the environment is a bit different from a typical commercial building. It feels more like a home office where we handle all our architectural and interior design work. We have converted part of the space to fit our drawing tables and computers. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the material samples and catalogs lying around. We do a lot of work for homes and offices in the local area. Because we are in Sector 49D, it is quite peaceful, which helps when you need to concentrate on a complicated design. We don’t have any big signs or a lobby. You just come to the flats and find us there. It is a very direct way of working. Most of our day is spent sketching or talking to vendors. We aren't a big company with many layers of management. It’s just us doing the actual work. The White Flats are easy to navigate, and being near the BSNL office means we never have trouble explaining the address to people coming for the first time. We try to keep our files tidy, but there is always a new project taking up space.
