We are set up at 18-19 Peer Baba Road. It’s a good, solid location for us. We do a bit of everything here, from the actual architecture drawings to helping people out as property consultants. It means we see a lot of different kinds of problems. One day we might be worrying about a structural beam, and the next we’re looking at land papers or property values. The office is usually full of files and rolled-up maps. It’s just a small group of us working here. We don’t go in for anything too polished or corporate. We just talk to people like normal folks. A lot of our work comes from people just stopping by because they saw our sign on Peer Baba Road. We’ve been around for a bit, so we know the local regulations and how things work in this area. It saves people a lot of headaches. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with all the old files, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just do the work and hope people like the results. It’s a busy life, balancing the design side with the consulting side. We just take it day by day and try to give people honest advice about their buildings and property situations.
