Arya Samaj Road is always crowded, and we are right there at Shop No 5415. Being near the Military Gate in Karol Bagh means there is always something going on outside our doors. We spend most of our mornings checking the lights and making sure the floor is swept properly before any guests arrive. It is a big space, but it takes a lot of work to keep it looking decent. Sometimes the air conditioning needs a bit of a kick to start, but we get it going eventually. We have been here for a good while now. People usually find us when they are planning a family thing or a small function. We don't do anything too fancy, just provide the space and the chairs and whatever else is needed for the day. The traffic on this road can be a real headache in the evenings, so we tell people to come early if they can. Our staff is just a few local guys who know how to move tables quickly. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just the hall and the office room where we keep the registers and old files. We try to keep the bathrooms clean, though with big crowds, it is a constant job. Mostly, we just want the events to happen without any major problems. If the lights stay on and everyone has a place to sit, we are happy with that.
