We started The Food And Booze Exchange right here at 2/11 in Shakti Nagar because the area needed a place to just sit and relax. If you know Delhi 110007, you know how busy it gets around Kamla Nagar. We are just opposite there, near Roop Nagar. It's a spot where you can grab a drink and some food without much fuss. Most of us here grew up around these streets. We saw the shops change over the years. Our building isn't fancy, but it works for what we do. We mostly just focus on keeping the tables clean and making sure the kitchen is running. Dealing with the crowd from the university area keeps us on our toes every day. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but inside it stays pretty steady. We get a lot of locals who just want to get away from the main road noise for an hour. It’s not a big corporate chain or anything like that. Just a regular place where we show up, open the doors, and serve whatever is on the menu. We’ve been at this Shakti Nagar address for a bit now. People usually find us by looking for the spot across from Kamla Nagar. It’s simple. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just food, some drinks, and a place to sit down in North Delhi.
