Ravs & Rads Indulgence

We are based at 8, Commissioner Lane in Civil Lines. The name of the place is Ravs & Rads Indulgence. Civil Lines is a bit quieter than other parts of the city and we like it that way. Our building is an old one but it has a certain feel to it. We started this because we both liked making things in the kitchen. It wasn't really a big plan at first but it grew into a full-time job for us. We spend most of our time experimenting with different recipes and seeing what works. Some days we are here until very late at night just getting the orders ready for the next morning. It gets quite hot in the kitchen during the summers but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't really have a front shop where you can walk in and browse. It's more of a workspace where the magic happens. We handle everything ourselves from buying the ingredients to packing the boxes. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to start over but that’s just part of the process. We don't use any artificial stuff if we can help it. It's just honest work. People who live around here know us and they usually call ahead. It’s nice to have a business in such a historic part of Delhi. We just take things one day at a time and hope the ovens behave.
