Misthaan Cafe

Misthaan Cafe is tucked away at 16-E Mata Sundri Place. We are part of the Railway Colony in the Rause Avenue area of New Delhi. It’s a quiet little spot compared to the rest of the city. We started this place because we wanted somewhere local for people to grab a bite. The building isn't anything special, just a regular brick place, and we’ve done our best to keep it tidy inside. We have a few tables that don't quite match, but they work for sitting and eating. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood or people working nearby who just want something quick and simple. We don't have a fancy menu with names you can't pronounce. It’s just food we know how to make well. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit smoky when we’re busy, and we have to open the back door to let the air in. It’s a small operation, usually just a couple of us working the counter and the stove. We like being in the Railway Colony; it has a nice feel to it. We aren't looking to be the biggest cafe in New Delhi. We just want to serve the people who walk through our door every day. It’s a humble place, and we are okay with that. We just do our thing here at 16-E Mata Sundri Place and hope people enjoy it. We take it one day at a time here and try to keep the coffee hot.
