The Crest Inn

You can find us at 4/27 on Sarswati Marg in the WEA part of Karol Bagh. It’s a very typical Delhi neighborhood, which means it’s crowded, loud, and full of energy at almost every hour. The Crest Inn is a modest building, and we’ve tried to make the most of the space we have here in 110005. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the lift sometimes takes its time, but that’s just how these older buildings in Karol Bagh are. We don't pretend to be a five-star luxury spot. We are just a place for people to stay when they are in town for shopping or work. The front desk is usually manned by one of us who knows where the best local food is, and we’re always happy to point someone in the right direction. We spend a lot of time cleaning rooms and making sure the linens are fresh. It’s a lot of manual work, and we don’t have a big team of corporate managers telling us what to do. We just know what needs to be done to keep the guests satisfied enough to come back. The street outside can be a mess with rickshaws and cars, but once you get inside, it’s a bit more peaceful. We’ve been here for years, watching the shops change hands and the streets get repaved. It’s a busy life but it keeps us moving and we wouldn't have it any other way.
